Sabot Consulting is seeking a qualified Senior Technical Lead to ensure IT architectural integrity & functions as the interface between systems developers & technical staff. This resource must have excellent communication skills to pair with bridging the gap between technical & non-technical staff when developing business requirements. The Senior Technical Lead will provide coordination, oversight, & leadership for the analysis, planning, design, & implementation of overall business goals.

This resource must have excellent communication skills to pair with bridging the gap between technical & non-technical staff when developing business requirements. The Senior Technical Lead will provide coordination, oversight, & leadership for the analysis, planning, design, & implementation of overall business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing documentation, assessment, and management of IT architecture and infrastructure design framework to align IT approaches with the clients mission.
- Acts as the point of contact for ad-hoc data requests and special project requests.
- Coordinates with the Data Warehouse Analysts, team members, and DHCS Management Information Services Section.
- Establish priorities and monitors resource allocations, schedules, and completion times.
- Manage the user support team and serves as a business requirements' analyst.
- Investigate, understand, describe, and document all user and business requirements.
- 3 years of FTE experience in a lead capacity, aligning IT systems with organizational business processes.
- 5 years of FTE experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or Management Information Systems (MIS), or Business, or Engineering, or a related field in data design and SQL.
- 5 years of FTE experience in health care analysis including data mining, defining business processes and requirements, performing code reviews, creating test documents, and implementing business solutions.
- 5 years of FTE experience working with Data Warehouses built on relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata or similar.
- 5 years of FTE experience overseeing maintenance and operations projects that include staff management, project management, and training.
- 5 years of FTE experience with any Federal, State or Local Agency that administers Medi-Cal or Medicaid programs.
