The successful candidate will provide professional expertise in change and business process management. The primary focus will be on process analysis and innovative change management to improve child and family well-being processes.

Sabot Consulting is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team for a one-year engagement. The successful candidate will provide professional expertise in change and business process management. The primary focus will be on process analysis and innovative change management to improve child and family well-being processes.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process in place to monitor and facilitate progress of contract outcomes and provide data to management to guide programming and policy decisions.
- Conduct detailed analysis of current processes related to child and family safety supervision consultations, critical safety decisions, data entry, and case closures.
- Provide process insights, including strengths & barriers to achieving targeted outcomes.
- Offer solution-focused suggestions for change management.
- Collaborate with carious departments to ensure effective implementation of process improvements.
- Prepare & present reports on findings and recommendations.
Must Have:
- 5 years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects and portfolios.
- 3 years of that experience must have been in project management.
- 2 years of experience developing and/or reviewing portfolio management activities.
- 2 years’ experience with State Child Welfare Systems (CCWIS) implementations.
- Experience writing business requirements to integrate design changes with existing system functionality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Nice to Have:
- 7 years experience with Social Services or Child Welfare processes and systems.
