Sabot Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager with direct experience working within the court system to support statewide coordination for Superior Courts utilizing the Journal Technologies eCourt Case Management System (CMS). The Project Manager serves in a neutral, facilitative role supporting the eCourt User Group by coordinating governance activities, tracking statewide issues and risks, preparing executive‑level materials, and enabling collaboration across participating courts. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of judicial branch operations and multi‑court initiatives.

The Project Manager serves in a neutral, facilitative role supporting the eCourt User Group by coordinating governance activities, tracking statewide issues and risks, preparing executive‑level materials, and enabling collaboration across participating courts. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of judicial branch operations and multi‑court initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Project Manager supporting the eCourt User Group and participating Superior Courts.
- Provide project management, coordination, and facilitation support for courts utilizing the Journal Technologies eCourt CMS.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, summaries, and action‑item tracking for eCourt User Group and Steering Committee meetings.
- Develop and maintain statewide issue and risk tracking artifacts to monitor implementation challenges and shared initiatives.
- Monitor Journal Technologies eCourt implementation timelines across participating courts and identify issues requiring escalation.
- Support preparation of briefing materials related to statewide enhancements, funding considerations, and governance decisions.
- Facilitate communication, shared learning, and alignment among geographically diverse Superior Courts.
- Provide regular status updates to the Steering Committee Chair and User Group Chair, including participation in recurring coordination meetings.
- Operate in a neutral capacity and support priorities established under the eCourt User Group Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
- Experience serving as a Project Manager within a court system, judicial branch, or justice‑sector organization.
- Direct experience working with or supporting Journal Technologies eCourt Case Management System (CMS).
- Experience coordinating multi‑court, multi‑agency, or statewide initiatives.
- Strong issue tracking, risk management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with court executives, judicial leadership, and technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in public sector project management.
- Prior experience working directly with Superior Courts.
- Familiarity with court operational workflows including calendaring, case processing, and case management systems.
- Experience supporting governance bodies such as steering committees or user groups under a formal MOU.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate collaboration across diverse public sector stakeholders.
